Privacy policy — what we keep, and why.
Sanero Media matches Indian brands with creators. This page explains what information we collect to do that, what we do with it, who else touches it, and how to get it changed or deleted. Last updated 3 October 2026.
Who we are
Sanero Media (sanero.in, Instagram @saneromedia) runs influencer-marketing campaigns in India. For anything on this page — a question, a correction or a deletion — message us on Instagram at @saneromedia.
What we collect
When you fill in the form on sanero.in
Creators: your name, Instagram handle, email, phone number (optional), follower count, niche, city and anything you add in the notes. Brands: brand name, Instagram handle, website, industry, cities, budget range, contact name, email, phone number (optional) and your brief. We also record how you found us — the page, link or campaign that brought you to the form — so we know which of our channels work.
When you message @saneromedia on Instagram
We read the messages you send us and may reply with one automatic welcome message. To write that reply, the text of your message and your public Instagram profile details (name, username, follower count) are processed by an AI model. We only ever message people who have messaged us first, and never more than one automatic welcome.
Public creator information
To recommend creators to brands, we collect information creators have made public on YouTube and Instagram — public profile details, follower counts, recent public posts and their likes, comments and views, and contact details published for business enquiries — through those platforms' official APIs. We do not collect anything behind a login, private messages, follower lists or audience demographics. If you are a creator and would rather not be included, message us and we will remove you and stop collecting your information.
When you browse the site
We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. Our free tools record that a calculation happened, never the numbers you type into them.
What we use it for
To match creators with brand campaigns, to contact you about a collaboration you asked about or that fits your profile, to run and report on campaigns, and to improve the site. We do not sell your information, rent it out, or use it for advertising.
Who else handles it
A brand sees a creator's profile only when we propose that creator for its campaign. Our service providers process data for us and only to run the service: Google (Firebase database, Gemini AI, Analytics), Vercel (website hosting), and Meta (Instagram messaging and publishing).
How long we keep it, and your choices
We keep your information while it is useful for matching or a campaign you are part of. You can ask at any time to see what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it — message @saneromedia and we will act on it promptly. A deleted creator is kept only as a short "do not collect" note, so we do not add you back by accident. These rights include those you have under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Changes
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
