Your media kit, in two minutes.

A free media kit maker for creators. Brands ask for one before they ask for a rate. Fill in the left, the page on the right builds itself, then download it as a PDF. Nothing you type leaves your browser.

(01) — The guide

What a brand actually reads
in the first ten seconds.

We open a lot of media kits. Here is what gets a creator shortlisted and what gets the tab closed.

Lead with fit, not follower count

The first line a brand wants is who your audience is: age, gender split, cities, language. A 40k creator whose audience is 70% women aged 25–34 in Pune is a better buy for a Pune skincare launch than a 400k account with a national, mixed audience. Put the audience block near the top. This builder does.

Show averages, not your best post

Brands know the viral reel was an outlier. Average likes, comments and reel views over your last ten to twelve posts is the number that survives a check. An honest 3.8% engagement rate beats a suspicious 12%.

Rates: in or out?

If you send the kit on request, include rates; it saves a round of emails and signals that you have done this before. If you post the kit publicly, leave rates off and quote per brief. Either way, never invent a rate to look established. Our what to charge guide explains how a rate is actually built.

Past brands are proof, not decoration

Three real names, including a small one, beat a wall of logos. If a campaign had a measurable result you are allowed to share, one line about it is the most persuasive thing on the page.

One page. Always.

A brand manager decides in under a minute whether to shortlist you. Everything above fits on one A4 page, which is why this tool prints to exactly that.
